Welcome!

Hi, thanks for stopping in!

I’ve done a little organizing here at Greg’s Studio lately to make it a little easier for you (and me) to navigate around. When I started this site I was told how “easy” it was going to be. Wrong! I find it easier to find the cause of a battery drain in a ‘66 Chevy Impala or why someones’ blinkers make the headlights go on and off than to figure out how this thing works.

You see, for me, having the thing your working on in hand, in it’s actual, real multi-dimensional form, well that I can deal with. I can spin it around, shake it, smell it, spray some electrical contact cleaner on it, hook up some power leads to it and see what makes it tick (or not). But this internet thing where all I’m looking at is this one-dimensional flat plane in front of me, that’s frustrating. I can’t reach in there and touch anything! I have to create this multi-layered image in my head of where all these pictures and data are.

Hey, I was born in the 50’s! My first experience with a computer was when my friend, Richie and I bought the original “Pong”. It was hooked up to his TV set and it had 2 wired boxes with a single toggle control on it to move the “paddles’ up or down on either side of the television screen. It looked like an empty tennis court with moving lines at either end. Little did I know what that would lead us all to!

Anyway, to the right are some tabs that take you to different pages, so give them a look and see what you think. I’ll be updating often with pictures and descriptions of new finished pieces as well as works in progress. There are sections for stories and prose and a new section for “personal art”.

Please email me any time with comments or inquiries for custom pieces you have in mind. I’d love to create something unique for you as your energy flows through me!

Have fun!
